Bought in error I tried to install the softStartRV, it wouldn't work - I did NOT contact the free tech support I tried to install the SoftStartRV, it wouldn't work - I DID contact the free tech support - it still didn't work I sold my RV so I have no need for the product I bought a large generator, so I have no need for the product. I have Warranty issues with my new A/C unit Other reason
